From the company, we’ve got Jennifer Hamann, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; as well as Rahul Jalali, Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer. We’ve got Brad Stock in the room as well, from Investor Relations.
So we’re looking forward to a good conversation and we’ll get into the fireside chat in a bit. But Jennifer is going to start us off with a few opening comments.

Okay. Thanks, Garrett. Good morning to everyone here in Chicago, and good morning to those who are joining us online.
